Step 3 – Practice Services

This step allows you to define service category, services, service hours, service duration and service costs.

This step also allows you to define your practice rules eg Are you accepting new patients.

It also allows you to differentiate on types of patients you are accepting.

Be aware that if you do not select New Patients then all patients will need to be registered with your practice before they can avail of the automated assistants.

If the new patients is turned on then this will allow patients to register at your practice through the automated assistants.
