If configured in services then you can take payments through the chatbot for appointments and other services.
Please see services on how to define service costs, whether payment is compulsory etc through the chatbot.
Once patient starts the payment process they have 15 mins to complete. During this 15mins the appointment is shown as reserved in the dashboard. If the appointment isn’t paid within the 15 mins then the appointment slot becomes free again.
When a payment is successfully completed MyClinic365 updates the invoice, updates dashboard status to paid and sends a receipt to the patient.
